1) Where are your supplies and ingredients sourced?

We are proud to share that all of our supplies and materials are sourced within Canada. We work exclusively with Canadian suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients while supporting local businesses and our national economy. Made in Canada 🇨🇦

 

2) Do you offer private candle class in peoples home or workplaces?

Yes, we absolutely offer private candle classes. Please email us at hello@luromatherapy.com

 

3) What type of wax do you use for your candles?

We use 100% pure soy wax in all of our candles for a clean, smooth burn.

 

4) Do I need to trim my wick?

Absolutely. For the best and safest burn, always trim your wick to approximately 1/8 inch before each use. Every candle purchase includes a candle care card with detailed instructions to help you get the most out of your product.

 

5) Can I reuse the vessels, room spray bottles, or other packaging?

Yes. Sustainability is important to us. Our products are primarily packaged in glass containers that can be reused or repurposed once finished. We encourage giving your vessels and bottles a second life in creative and practical ways.

 

6) How should I store the products?

All products should be stored away from direct sunlight and open flames, in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality and longevity.

 

7) How do I dispose of the packaging?

All of our packaging is 100% recyclable and reusable.

 

8) Do your products contain toxins such as phthalates or parabens?

No. Our products are free from phthalates, parabens, and other harmful toxins. We believe self-care products should support your well-being and never compromise it.

 

9) Are your products vegan?

Yes. All of our products are 100% vegan.


10) Do you shipping across Canada?

Yes, we offer shipping across Canada via Canada Post and Fedex. 

 

11) Do you offer refills on empty products for a cost? 

Yes, we do. Please email us for pricing and to arrange a drop off/pick up time.
